industry standard levels of

. In the unlikely event of
fraud, we will refund your money. Of
course you must be careful and take
reasonable steps to keep your
security information secret at all

Have you received an email asking
for your Internet banking log on
details?
Throughout this year,
some of our customers have received
fraudulent emails asking them to
confirm
information such as Internet
banking or Telephone banking User
IDs, Passwords and Memorable
Information. These are not genuine
emails.
If you receive such an email, please
do not access any link contained
within it or provide any Internet
banking or Telephone banking log on
details as Banco Gulf Finance and
Securities would never send
emails
asking for this information. If you
are concerned that you have already
divulged your details, or
suspect
that any of your Banco Gulf accounts
have been compromised, contact us
immediately.
However, from time to time we may
contact you via email if you have
chosen to receive product and
service information in this way. At
no point will we ever ask you to
confirm Internet banking or
Telephone
banking User IDs,
Passwords and Memorable Information.

banking is a safe and convenient way
to manage your finances, but we do
recommend that you
follow our
security advice.
